Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return an item if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@tayburru.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and detailed photos of the item(s) in question.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with shipping the product back to us. Please do not return the product without obtaining approval from us first.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@tayburru.com and follow the return process outlined above.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. After this period, the purchase will be considered final.
